Während Valo aktuell noch mit den Black Veil Brides in den USA tourt werden die europäischen Shows kommendes Jahr den Tourzyklus zum aktuellen Album „Neon Noir“ (HIER erhältlich) zum Abschluss bringen. Außerdem wird in Aussicht gestellt, dass künftige Musik unter einem anderen Namen veröffentlicht werden könnte – VV dazu: „Die Idee hinter VV und Neon Noir bestand darin, symbolisch zu beenden, was HIM begonnen hat, und nach dem Knallen und Wimmern in der Royal Albert Hall ist es an der Zeit, die Puzzleteile noch einmal neu zu mischen und Herbert West zu Wort zu bringen. Ich hatte überhaupt keine Erwartungen, als ich Musik unter dem Banner von VV veröffentlichte, daher war ich ziemlich schockiert, zu sehen, dass die Leute meine Art von Schlägerei immer noch als angenehm empfinden, mit allen Nachteilen. Das Touren war viel weniger schmerzhaft, als ich zu hoffen wagte, und der Handschuh, wie man in Finnland sagt, passt mir wie angegossen. Ein Trauerhandschuh aus einer vergangenen Zeit.“ Wir sind gespannt, was uns erwartet. Zunächst haben wir alle deutschen Termine der kommenden Tour unten für Euch!
While Valo is currently touring with the Black Veil Brides in the USA, the European shows next year will conclude the tour cycle for the current album „Neon Noir“ (available HERE). There is also the prospect that future music could be released under a different name – VV on this: “The idea behind VV and Neon Noir was to symbolically finish what HIM started, and after the bangs and whimpers at the Royal Albert Hall it’s time to reshuffle the pieces of the puzzle once again and give Herbert West a shout. I had no expectations whatsoever when releasing music under the banner of VV, so I’ve been quite shocked to see people still find my kind of racket enjoyable, warts and all. Touring has been way less painful than I dared to hope, and as we say in Finland, it fits my arse like a glove. A mourning glove from a bygone era.” We are excited to see what awaits us.
