„Spine“ erscheint am 20. Oktober via Relapse und kann bereits im Labelshop vorbestellt werden! Mastermind Amalie Bruun hat erneut mit Produzent Randall Dunn zusammengearbeitet und das Album in Sigur Rós‘ Icelandic Sundlaugin Studio eingespielt. Zur ersten Single gibt Bruun Folgendes zu Protokoll: „Als ich „Like Humans“ schrieb, fühlte ich mich sehr abgekoppelt und isoliert von der Menschheit. Der Mangel an Berührung und Dasein in den ersten Jahren meiner Mutterschaft zwangen mich, auf eine Weise menschlich zu werden, wie ich es nie gedacht hätte. Als ich all diese Veränderungen auf einmal erlebte, weckte in mir den verzweifelten Wunsch, eine Verbindung mit der Erde und den Menschen zu spüren. Das Schreiben und Aufnehmen dieses Albums hat mir geholfen, diesen Traum zu verwirklichen und zu verwirklichen.“ Wir haben das Musikvideo unten für Sie eingebettet!

Mastermind Amalie Bruun has once again worked with producer Randall Dunn and recorded the album at Sigur Rós‘ Icelandic Sundlaugin Studio. Bruun states the following about the first single: “When I wrote Like Humans I felt very disconnected and isolated from the human race. The lack of touch and being in the first few years of motherhood forced me to become human in a way I never thought I would. Going through all of these changes at once made me desperately want to feel a connection with the earth and humans.
