Silent Skies: Neues Album + Single „The Trooper“

Am 01. September erscheint das neue Album „Dormant“ von Silent Skies. Nach „Satellites“ (2020) und „Nectar“ (2022) ist es das dritte Full Length-Studioalbum der schwedisch-amerikanischen Piano-Pop-Kombo.

Silent Skies selbst sagen über „Dormant“: „Es ist ein Album, das sich von Anfang an wie ein tiefgründiges Gespräch mit dem Leben und über das Leben anfühlt. Es verkörpert den ständigen Dialog und die Selbstbeobachtung mit unserem inneren Selbst, während wir nach Gleichgewicht und Harmonie suchen.„

Um einen kleinen Vorgeschmack auf das zu geben, was auf dem zehn Track starken Album zu hören sein wird, haben Silent Skies schon mal den ersten Visualizer rausgebracht! „The Trooper“ ist ihre ganz eigene Interpretation des gleichnamigen Iron Maiden-Opus. Nachdem sie Anfang des Jahres Linkin Parks „Numb“ ihren Stempel aufgedrückt haben, markiert das hymnische „The Trooper“ den nächsten von drei Bonustracks zum Abschluss des neuen Albums.

On 01. September the new album „Dormant“ by Silent Skies will be released. After „Satellites“ (2020) and „Nectar“ (2022) it is the third full length studio album of the Swedish-American piano-pop combo.

Silent Skies themselves say about „Dormant“: „It is an album that, from the early stages, felt like a profound conversation with life, about life. It encapsulates the ongoing dialogue and introspection with our inner selves as we seek equilibrium and harmony.„

After putting their stamp on Linkin Park’s „Numb“ earlier this year, the anthemic „The Trooper“ marks the next of three bonus tracks to close the new album.
