Am 01. September erscheint das neue Album „Dormant“ von Silent Skies, das Ihr HIER vorbestellen könnt. Nach „Satellites“ (2020) und „Nectar“ (2022) ist es das dritte Full Length-Studioalbum der schwedisch-amerikanischen Piano-Pop-Kombo. Silent Skies selbst zu „Dormant“: „Es ist ein Album, das sich von Anfang an wie ein tiefgründiges Gespräch mit dem Leben und über das Leben anfühlt. Es verkörpert den ständigen Dialog und die Selbstbeobachtung mit unserem inneren Selbst, während wir nach Gleichgewicht und Harmonie suchen.“ Über die neue Single fügen sie hinzu: „‚Churches‘ zeigt weitere Farb- und Texturschattierungen in unserer Klangpalette, die sich in den letzten anderthalb Jahren der Entstehung entwickelt haben. Wie immer ist das Thema des Textes offen für Interpretationen: aber egal ob ihr es als Liebeslied zwischen zwei Parteien, als Dialog mit Ihrem inneren Selbst oder als etwas ganz anderes betrachtet, laden wir euch ein, euch der Idee von „Chrurches“ im metaphorischen und poetischen Sinne zu nähern.
