In This Moment haben ihr neues Album „Godmode“ für den 27. Oktober angekündigt. Es erscheint via BMG, kann HIER vorbestellt werden und markiert ihre achte Albumveröffentlichung. Produziert wurde das Werk von Kane Churko und Tyler Bates. Nach „The Purge“ und dem Titeltrack „Godmode“ ist nun als dritte Single das Björk-Cover „Army Of Me“ erschienen – Frontfrau Maria Brink dazu: „Ich war ein Teenager, als ich zum ersten Mal mit Björk angefangen habe. Ich war fasziniert von ihr. Sie hat in vielen ihrer Sachen eine wirklich inspirierende Energie, ein erhellendes Gefühl. Sie ist einfach so innovativ und bahnbrechend und inspirierend und magisch.“ Chris Howorth fügt hinzu: „Maria spielte mir drei verschiedene Björk-Songs vor, um herauszufinden, welcher meiner Meinung nach der beste wäre. In This Moment have announced their new album „Godmode“ for October 27th. It is released via BMG, can be pre-ordered HERE and marks their eighth album release. The work was produced by Kane Churko and Tyler Bates. After „The Purge“ and the title track „Godmode“, the third single released is the Björk cover „Army Of Me“ – frontwoman Maria Brink: “I was a teenager when I first got into Bjork. I was mesmerized by her. She has a really inspiring energy to a lot of her stuff, an enlightening feeling. She’s just so innovative and groundbreaking and inspiring and magical.” Chris Howorth adds: “Maria played me three different Bjork songs to see which I thought would be the best. This was the one.
