Das neue Hackedepicciotto-Album „Keepsakes“ erscheint am Freitag (28. Juli) bei Mute und kann HIER vorbestellt werden! Alexander Hacke dazu: „Es mag eine klischeehafte Phrase sein, aber dies ist ein sehr persönliches Album.“ Danielle de Picciotto ergänzt: „Normalerweise singen wir über universelle Themen, wie das Schicksal der Menschheit, aber dieses Mal geht es um unser persönliches Leben.“ Das zentrale Thema des Albums seien Freundschaften, jedes Stück sei einer besonderen Person gewidmet. De Picciotto erklärt: „Es war eine wirklich interessante Aufgabe, weil wir einerseits wollten, dass die Lieder die Menschen repräsentieren, denen wir sie gewidmet haben, aber gleichzeitig sollte man uns darin erkennen können. Es war immer die Balance zwischen dem Versuch, nicht zu viel Anderes einzubringen und uns nicht zu verlieren, aber trotzdem ein Element zu haben, das typisch für die Freunde ist.“ Vorab gibt es mit „La Femme Sauvage“ nun noch eine weitere Single zu hören, bevor Ihr ab Freitag das ganze Album streamen könnt. ENGLISH: The new Hackedepicciotto album „Keepsakes“ will be released on Friday (July 28) on Mute and can be pre-ordered HERE! Alexander Hacke comments, „It may be a clichéd phrase, but this is a very personal album.“ Danielle de Picciotto adds, „Usually we sing about universal themes, like the fate of humanity, but this time it’s about our personal lives.“ The central theme of the album, she says, is friendships, with each track dedicated to a special person. De Picciotto explains, „It was a really interesting task because on the one hand we wanted the songs to represent the people we dedicated them to, but at the same time we wanted people to be able to recognize us in them.
